Taking the stress out of daily chores

Tuesday, 27 November 2012
A NEW service has been launched to help ease the burden of daily chores, especially when a loved one is in hospital.
Heol Draw Linen Services, which is part of Cwm Taf Health Board, offers a high quality service which includes washing, drying and ironing. Washing is collected and returned clean ironed.
Make Christmas easy on yourself this year and get a little help. Save time to do the things you enjoy and cut the laundry out of your daily chores.
Jeff Chard,  the Linen Services manager, said: “Fill a black bag with 20 to 25 items of your most difficult-to-iron clothing for just £10.21.  We can pick up and drop off to you at your convenience for an extra £1.50 or free if you live within a three-mile radius.
“We also offer a washing and drying service for £14.29 and a wash dry and ironing service from £16.30.
“We want to help make life as easy as possible for our community - this is a way of providing a service that we know will be of great benefit to people and save on their energy costs.”
The Linen Service offers a wide range of laundry services - for further details please call 01443 209 781.
All washing and ironing at the laundry is done separately to hospital washing.
